AIDIA
is an award-winning architecture and design studio with offices in London and Mexico City.
Founded in 2018 by Rolando Rodríguez-Leal and Natalia Wrzask, the studio is driven by a commitment to creating impactful, sustainable designs that thoughtfully respond to their cultural and environmental contexts.
AIDIA’s approach is rooted in innovation and adaptability, embracing advanced methodologies such as biophilic principles, computational design and AI. This ethos is reflected in a diverse portfolio that includes the Rifat Chadirji Prize-winning Barjeel Museum for Modern Arab Art in Sharjah, the Tulum Train Station, The Pyeongchang Knowledge Hub in South Korea, The Rub’al Khali Oculus Eco-Lodge Resort in Abu Dhabi and The Quintana Roo Urban Park in South East Mexico.
With over 25 years of international experience, including roles at renowned firms such as Foster + Partners, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Rolando and Natalia bring a depth of expertise that merges the precision and ambition of large-scale projects with the creativity and flexibility of an independent studio. This allows AIDIA to deliver work across a wide range of scales, typologies, and geographies, from urban planning and public spaces to interiors and product design.
