Project Description.

Located on the well-established Avenida Pezett opposite the Lima Golf Club, in the high-end district of San Isidro in the Peruvian capital, the project comprises 16 levels of luxury apartments totaling 10,000 sqm.

Concept.

The density and the brief are achieved by stacking eight two-story high boxes vertically and shifting them laterally to open up voids, light wells and terraces. The resulting massing is a playful aggregation of volumes with varying level of transparency which reach back to a vertical element binding the whole mass together in a single sculpted element.

There is a total of 17 apartments, 14 of them of 400 sqm and 3 of 250 sqm; each apartment has two parking slots in the basement and a storage unit.
